Business Development Representative - North America

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving Insighting's growth by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with mid-sized B2B companies, particularly those in the fast-moving goods sector. This position is based in Haifa, Israel and requires part-time alignment with U.S. work hours (at least two days a week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads in the U.S. market.
• Engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to build relationships and book demo meetings.
• Conduct demo meetings independently or collaborate with team members to present Insighting’s platform to prospects.

Requirements:

• Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must
• Past experience in sales, with a focus on B2B markets (preferably SaaS or tech solutions).
• Proven experience with the U.S. market, including its business culture and sales cycles.
• Experience working with industries such as FMCG, wholesale, or distribution is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment.
