Talent Acquisition Manager

Cover is building a next-gen personal insurance and finance platform to help people gain transparency and take control over their funds.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This person should be a strategic recruiter, relationship builder, and possess a relentless drive to find top talent.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment roles.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for tech roles - must.
• Previous experience in tech/start-up environments is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the recruitment process, owning the entire lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Master our value proposition and effectively communicate it to potential candidates.
• Define and execute talent acquisition strategies, creating plans that attract top talent.
• Continuously improve and refine our recruitment process to optimize hiring efficiency.
