Recruiting Team Lead

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters.
• Drive recruitment processes for call center and frontline roles across multiple locations nationwide.
• Own recruitment targets, time-to-fill goals, and hiring quality metrics.
• Support the professional growth and development of team members.
• Analyze recruitment data and generate insights to improve hiring performance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles.
• Lead recruitment-related projects and candidate experience initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience recruiting for call center and/or frontline positions in high-volume environments.
• Previous experience managing a recruitment team or leading recruiters professionally.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Location

📍 Petah Tikva (Light Rail Accessible), with willingness to travel to company sites in Northern and Southern Israel several times per month.
