What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of publisher relationships, optimize campaign performance, and ensure mutual success for both our agency and our partners.

You’ll be at the heart of our performance marketing efforts, working with a global network of publishers and advertisers to maximize ROI and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate publishers and partners.
• Recruit new publishers and expand our affiliate network across global markets.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to ensure traffic quality and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with advertisers to match campaigns with the right traffic sources.
• Negotiate rates and budgets with publishers to ensure profitability.
• Analyze data to improve campaign performance and implement new strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep our agency ahead of the curve.

Who You Are:

• Affiliate Marketing Expert: You have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on publisher management.
• Data-Driven Problem Solver: Skilled at analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Strong Negotiator: Proven experience in securing high-value partnerships and managing budgets effectively.
• Relationship Builder: You thrive on creating and nurturing long-term partnerships with publishers and advertisers.
• Multilingual Communicator: Fluency in English & Russian is required; additional languages are a plus.
