What You’ll Do

• Own Your Portfolio: Take charge of a diverse range of affiliate accounts, optimizing performance to exceed revenue targets.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate meaningful relationships with affiliates, providing personalized guidance and resources to help them thrive.
• Analyze & Strategize: Dive into performance data to uncover insights and create actionable strategies for growth.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing and product teams to craft compelling promotional materials and innovative campaigns.
• Drive Performance Reviews: Regularly connect with affiliates to assess progress, set ambitious goals, and share valuable feedback.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and affiliates.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in affiliate account management with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• experience in Fintech & forex B2B industry- (a big plus!)
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and shape data-backed decisions.
• Exceptional Communication: Build trust and rapport with affiliates through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools (a big plus!).
• Language Proficiency: High-level English is a must; additional languages are a bonus.
