Organizational Development Manager

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting- edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a Organizational Development Manager to join our team. In this position you'll have the opportunity to lead and execute cross company strategies and OD practices that promote the unique culture at Paragon. Collaborating closely with Leadership & HR to create, implement and constantly improve processes, best practices and methodologies that the entire organization can use to grow, enhancing employee engagement, and productivity.

Main Deliverables:

• Cross company OD strategy that meets the business goals.
• Specific programs and training for Managerial and Employee Development based on organizational needs.
• Aligned best practices across the HR organization to maintain the tailor made and personalized HR approach at scale.
  
  

• Manage an annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, planning initiatives, content development, vendor and budget management, and process improvement.
• Conduct organizational assessments, partnering closely with HR and business leaders, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement for each business unit.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions and initiatives.
• Implementing ongoing measurement mechanisms, establishing metrics and analytics to gauge the effectiveness of OD & HR programs.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs to build leadership capabilities at all levels.
• Develop and implement an inspiring and comprehensive talent development and culture strategy
• Analyse data and leading trends to better understand career development
• Set up a company learning framework and budget for training, fostering and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development dedicated Role
• Preferred: Experience building OD function from scratch
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with people skills & workshop facilitations
• Ability to work independently with full ownership
• Proactive and “can do” approach
