Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and integrate organizational information systems and software.
• Provide technical support to users for daily issues and coordinate with external support providers.
• Oversee and manage information security protocols.
• Handle cross-organizational process management.

Qualifications

• Information Systems Education or related field – mandatory.
• 1-2 years of technical support experience.
• Proven knowledge with operating systems, networks, email, Windows, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with digital authorization systems of the Israeli Tax Authority – advantage.
• Experience with Priority software – advantage.
• High service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Technical background – significant advantage.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Strong process management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English – reading, writing, and speaking.

Location: Petah Tikvah. Full-time role with availability for overtime.
