Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them maximize the value of our solutions. Your role will involve managing client relationships, driving user adoption, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.
• Manage client onboarding, training, and support throughout the customer journey.
• Monitor client satisfaction and usage, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Sales, to deliver client feedback and improve our offerings.
• Provide tailored solutions and resolve issues promptly, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles (experience in the construction or SaaS industries is a plus).
• Proven ability to proactively manage client relationships and drive user engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with customer success tools and metrics.
