What You’ll Do:

🎯 Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain proactive, strategic relationships with key business clients.
• Guide clients in defining and achieving their operational and maintenance goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through additional products and services.

🔧 Technical Support & Implementation

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide customized solutions.
• Oversee the integration and implementation of products and services, including hands-on training.
• Develop technical content and resources to ensure client success.

What You Bring:

✔ Technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

✔ 5+ years of experience in field service engineering, or a client-facing technical role.

✔ Proven leadership experience, including managing and mentoring technical teams.

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on technical expertise.
