What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll help us consistently attract and onboard exceptional talent across two key locations: Israel and US. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, driving global recruitment targets, and making a real impact. You’ll collaborate closely with the HR team and assist with various HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screenings to interviews and offer negotiations.

• Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Source and identify top candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Optimize recruitment processes, from sourcing to interviewing.

• Onboarding: Assist the HR team with the onboarding process and ensure seamless integration for new hires to improve the candidate experience.

• HR Support: Support the HR team with various tasks and assist in implementing general HR initiatives.

Please note: This position is on-site only.

Who You Are:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years leading and managing recruitment for tech teams. Experience in recruiting for global teams is a plus. Advantage: Experience recruiting in both Israel and the US.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with the latest sourcing techniques and platforms.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and networking skills. Ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn and specialized tech platforms. Excellent interpersonal skills.
