Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying pain points and defining success metrics
• Use your expertise in tech corporate law to help clients manage equity while ensuring legal and tax compliance across regions
• Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance and tailored support to clients
• Analyze client data to highlight the platform's value and drive measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with the product team to share insights, propose improvements, and contribute to developing new features
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

About You

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tech corporate law, either at a Tier 1 law firm or as legal counsel in a technology company
• Client Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage client accounts effectively
• Mindset: A proactive, collaborative, and results-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership
• Language: Fluent in English
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel
