System and IT Specialist

As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its alignment with our business goals and needs. You will be responsible for implementing IT policies and procedures, and system administration, while staying up to date with the latest technologies, hardware, and software. Additionally, you will collaborate with the company logistics manager on IT inventory management, track and maintain hardware and software inventory, and handle IT tasks and systems administration. Work closely with the CTO.

Responsibilities:

• Define IT infrastructure-related processes, aligning with current and future business requirements and goals, and implement IT and security policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Maintain essential IT infrastructure and SaaS products, security tools, software, and hardware.
• Handle IT tasks and systems administration, identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions using automation.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in System Administration
• 2-3 years of experience with Operation System administration, Linux or Windows
• Experience with information security tools
• Good Knowledge of Networking
• Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills.
• Will to learn and to explore

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of common information security compliance - an advantage.
• Development Skills in Python, Powershell, and bash - an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - advantage.
• OKTA Certified, AWS Certified, and Google Workspace experience - an advantage.
