Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor at Cairo Amman Bank in Jerusalem. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support to customers, and leading a team of customer service representatives.
