As Plarium Israel’s Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the driving force behind our end-to-end hiring processes. From optimizing and challenging TA related business decisions, system governance to enhancing candidate experience and building our employer brand, you’ll partner with managers to make recruiting at Plarium as dynamic and engaging as the games we create.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and Execute: Develop a data-driven, business-aligned recruitment process to meet hiring needs.
• Lead & Inspire: Guide and support our Israeli recruitment team to hit high recruitment targets, while matrix-leading global recruitment efforts.
• Build our Brand: Elevate Plarium's employer brand and enhance candidate experience across touchpoints, including our careers page, social media, and internal programs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, including HRBPs, IT, Payroll, and office management, to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Innovate & Analyze: Use recruitment data to drive improvements, evaluate ROI, and support decision-making for recruitment strategies.

What we expect

• 7+ Years in Talent Acquisition: Proven track record in a global, high-tech environment.
• Strategic Mindset: Skilled in project management, KPI analysis, and improving recruitment processes.
• Data-Driven: Expertise in using metrics to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent English and an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Independent & Proactive: Strong multitasking, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn’s corporate recruiting platform.
• Creative and self motivated!
