As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar Talent Acquisition Partner to join our great team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing hires.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the hiring journey.
• Understand the required skills and qualifications to effectively identify, recruit, and hire top talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and offer strategic guidance on the recruitment process.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
• rack, manage, and analyze sourcing data and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and organize recruitment-related events and special projects, including meetups, special programs, tech events, panels, and webinars.
• Ensure a positive and delightful experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a high-tech company.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency to get the job done.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to resolve recruiting challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
