Business Development Representative at 8200 Academy

8200 Academy, a leading company that prepares youth for technological positions in the IDF, is looking for a strong Business Development Representative to join our team with a strong sales orientation! In this role, you will drive our business development efforts, with an opportunity to build strategic partnerships and expand the company's presence in the B2B market.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating and managing business development deals – including strategic partnerships and affiliate arrangements, from small to large-scale deals.
• Conducting meetings with various organizations to present the unique value of 8200 Academy and highlight our advantages.
• Providing explanations and tailored program presentations to potential partners based on their needs.
• Managing the entire engagement process – from the initial contact through contract signing and building long-term relationships and partner support.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a similar business development role.
• Mobility (ability to independently reach meetings).
• High motivation and a strong sense of responsibility for success in the role.
• Availability for a full-time position only.
