Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in AWS cloud environments, with a strong background in microservices architecture using TypeScript and Node.js. Our application runs on ECS and uses MongoDB as the database.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Analyzing customer success needs and writing automation for operational tasks.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using TypeScript and Node.js within a microservices architecture.
• Providing technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in the production environment.
• Developing and delivering technical documentation and training materials.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in professional services or a similar role.
• Proven experience with AWS services, especially ECS.
• Strong background in microservices architecture and asynchronous processes.
• Extensive experience with NodeJS.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing MongoDB databases.
