Training Developer & Customer Success – Ultrasound Simulator

Role Description

We are looking for a Training Developer & Customer Success professional who will create educational content for our ultrasound simulator and manage customer success. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for both content creation and ensuring customers achieve their goals with the product. You’ll collaborate with

cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and support customers throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Create educational materials, tutorials, and user guides for the ultrasound simulation platform, ensuring clinical accuracy in collaboration with clinicians and product teams.
• Customer Success:
• Provide onboarding, training, and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Address feedback and issues promptly to foster long-term engagement.
• Training & Relationship Building:
• Lead webinars, demos, and training sessions to enhance customer usage of the platform, while building strong, ongoing relationships.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to align content with customer needs and improve overall experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training development or customer success, ideally within healthcare or medical technology.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ultrasound technology or medical simulation is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and creating digital content for training purposes.
• Experience in managing customer relationships, especially in a technical or healthcare context.
