Sales Specialist

An amazing tech company is looking for a sales specialist in Ramat HaChayal, who will play an important part in driving qualified sales opportunities and requires a proactive approach to outbound prospects. The ideal candidate will focus on large enterprises, navigating complex organizational structures to identify decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate Qualified Sales Opportunities:

- Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to secure intro meetings for the sales team.

- Utilize sophisticated cold calling strategies.

- Concentrate efforts on big organisations to increase impact and possible opportunities.

- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify and understand relevant decision-makers.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of sales experience and Fluent level English speaker and strong communication skills.

- Strong calling and prospecting skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation.

- High-energy, hunger, persistence, and grit are essential qualities for success in this role.

- Natural door-opener with the ability to initiate conversations and establish rapport.

Work Hours:

- Availability during US working hours, Monday to Thursday from 13:00 to 22:00.

- Friday availability aligned with EMEA work hours.
