IT Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Manage the help desk, supervise an IT vendor in the US responsible for handling IT tickets and ensure prompt resolution and quality control and support IT requests.
• Deliver outstanding technical support to LinearB’s employees, resolving their technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide both on-site and remote support, ensuring uninterrupted IT services.
• IT administration includes setting up and deactivating accounts across platforms like Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and Slack.
• Monitor IT systems for smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions for non-standard situations.
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for various cloud platforms and applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT processes.
• Maintain meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment for smooth operations.
• Initiate constant improvement of IT processes and new technologies proactively.
• Familiar with IT security and possessing hands-on experience in managing and securing systems using advanced security tools such as password management, EDR, and AV for endpoint protection.
• You will be responsible for administering the security consoles and maintaining robust access control across all infrastructure.
• Work closely with other departments to identify IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist in planning and implementing IT projects.

What you bring:

• Proven experience of 4+ years as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with various operating systems (macOS, Windows) and common software applications.
• Ability to think strategically and anticipate potential IT issues.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Expertise in managing IT backend environments, including Google Workspace, Slack, and JumpCloud, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional approach.
• Highly organized with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hebrew. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
