Human Resources Manager - maternity leave replacement

Our company is a leading provider of technology solutions in the Fin-Tech industries.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources, including technology recruitment.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver, and a change driver, who inspires people at all levels to make the right choices. This position is offered as a maternity leave replacement, with the option to become a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Working as the HR focal point in different professional areas, providing advice and best-in-class HR solutions.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle with a focus on attracting top tech talent.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals.
• Support current and future business needs through talent development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR matters.
• Responsibility for the well-being experience of the employees through providing updated solutions in various fields of welfare, including birthday gifts, company celebrations, holiday celebrations and gifts, fun days, happy hours, and more
• Foster a positive company culture and work environment that encourages employee satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years in HR functions.
• Strong experience in technology recruitment and understanding of the tech landscape.
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications are a plus.
