Sales Development Representative

At InsightZAP we enable enterprises running SAP to build operational and automated business processes directly on production, in minutes, without code.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will work as part of the sales team to develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, assertive, organized and driven to engage with potential customers. 

Responsibilities

• Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities
• Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to identify their needs and assess their fit with our solution
• Utilize tools to help target relevant contacts (Apollo, LI)
• Make outbound calls and emails to prospective leads and schedule calls for the sales team
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and messaging for lead generation and qualification
• Accurately manage and track leads using Zoho CRM

Qualifications

• Native written and verbal communication skills in English
• At least two years of experience in an SDR/BDR position
• Demonstrated ability to identify and act on business opportunities
• HUGE Advantage if worked with SAP and/or related solutions
• Excellent ability to lead cold calls
• Demonstrated motivation, drive, and positivity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An organized and detailed-oriented approach to work
