Customer Success Manager

We seek a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and guiding them through a seamless integration process. You will conduct client meetings, summarize discussions, and proactively engage in upselling services.

Your role will be pivotal in building and sustaining long-term client relationships. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each client receives a tailored experience that meets their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and

fluent English language skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Lead and manage all customer's onboarding processes from initiation to completion.

- Conduct client meetings, summarize key points, and outline action items.

- Develop customized processes for each client to meet their unique needs.

- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.

- Proactively upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

- Effectively manage multiple projects and client accounts concurrently.

Requirements:

-Experience in a similar role

-Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management capabilities.

- Fluent in English

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
