AIx Field Service Engineer

Our AIX team is a support function to our field service teams. They are the interface between the field team and the Digital Tools Enablement organization in the HQ. The team will perform data analytics on equipment sensor signals, analyze trends in dialog with the field Hardware and Process Engineers to accelerate troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analytics on equipment sensor signals, analyze trends in dialog with the field Hardware and Process Engineers and TechEdge to accelerate troubleshooting.
• Provide analytical data visualization to the service team and ensure they use the latest predictive models.
• Be responsible for maintaining and updating AIx standard package releases and dashboards.
• Design, test and deploy new models and algorithms to “understand/predict” the equipment behavior behind the data by using direct inputs from our field service experts.
  
  

• BSc in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering with 2-5 years’ experience
• Strong hands-on experience working with tools and semiconductor equipment– advantage.
• Experience working with Data, Excel, Jump – Advantage
• Great presentations skills (design and deliver presentations) – Advantage
• Ability to work from our site in Kiryat Gat
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (20-25% of the time).
• Passionate in regard to Digital tools usage and adding value.
• Easily adapts to change in the new digital world.
• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
• Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
• Agility, curiosity, open-mindedness. Can-do attitude, capacity to drive change.
