The Customer Support Engineer provides technical support for advanced semiconductor systems at customer sites worldwide. The role includes field service activities, troubleshooting, maintenance, installations, customer support, and collaboration with global R&D and service teams.

You will

• Provide on-tool technical support, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on multidisciplinary systems.
• Train and support field service engineers.
• Create and maintain service documentation and procedures.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Travel internationally as required (~30% per year).

You have

• B.Sc. graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on engineer with proven technical capabilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – Must.
• Willing to travel internationally (~30%) – Must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent, and customer-oriented.
• Experience with multidisciplinary systems – Advantage.
