Field Engineer

we are looking for a hands-on Field Engineer to join our team and play a key role in deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and validating our advanced railway vision systems in Israel and abroad.
This is a unique position that combines field engineering, system integration, troubleshooting, and support for R&D validation activities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and R&D Engineers, ensuring our systems perform reliably in real-world railway environments.
Important to Know: This is a hands-on field engineering role, primarily based in railway environments across Israel and at customer sites worldwide. The role requires comfort with outdoor work, heights, and active railway environments, as well as a hands-on approach to solving technical problems on site.

Install, integrate, and commission systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on deployed systems.

At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in Field Service, System Integration, Technical Support, Installation, or similar roles, with integrated hardware and software products.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel frequently within Israel and internationally.
Valid driver's license.
Familiarity with cameras and/or optics - an advantage.
