We at HUMANZ Israel are expanding and looking for a player to strengthen our team in Israel for the position of Customer Success Manager!

The role includes managing and leading campaigns for social media influencers and ongoing work with the influencers and with our clients.

As a Customer Success at Humanz, you will play a critical role in facilitating the company’s growth and adoption among top brands. Primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish to maximize ROI for clients.
• Source and negotiate with influencers to secure the best partnerships.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and influencers.
• Provide comprehensive briefing to influencers to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results.
• Assist clients with all aspects of campaign management, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Collaborate with brands to establish and manage long-term influencer marketing budgets. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and achieve growth targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Humanz services and solutions to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competition activities, and industry developments, providing feedback and insights to the company's product and marketing teams.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and campaign performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns or paid media, ideally on the brand side.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and the social media landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
