Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Carizma Motors Israel in Nahariyya. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, starting from the moment they’ve made a purchase and became real clients, through the whole procces which in the end of it they get they’re new car.

Among the missions, the job asks you to do customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach
  • Experience in customer service or

Management of customer files in other company

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite and

full control and orientation in a computer environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - advantage
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry and/or financial credit industry is a plus
