Job Description: Business Development Representative -Hybrid

Location: USA-East Cost
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 15:30 PM Central Time
Reports To: Senior Review Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. The successful candidate will have clear daily targets and be required to report results and progress daily. A daily team meeting will be held to discuss strategies and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
o Conduct market research to identify new industries and business opportunities.
o Identify potential business opportunities and qualify leads by understanding customer needs.
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
o Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
2. Cold Calling:
o Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients daily.
o Introduce our products/services and generate interest among potential clients.
o Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly cold calling and lead generation targets.
3. Appointment Setting:
o Schedule qualified appointments and meetings with the relevant client for the sales team.
o Provide detailed information to prepare the sales team for successful meetings.
4. Daily Reporting and Meetings:
o Report daily on call volumes, lead generation, and conversion rates.
o Participate in daily team meetings to discuss strategies, performance, and areas for improvement.
o Share insights and provide feedback to enhance the lead generation and sales process.
Qualifications:
- Must be a native English speaker.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Experience at least years water fields – an advantage
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport and trust with prospects for long-term relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills by all channels (E-mails, phone calls, and social media) to reach potential clients.
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies to engage and convert leads.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred -An advantage
