Information Technology Specialist

Responsibilities:

● Provide technical support to the organization employees

●Manage physical and virtual assets lifecycle, contracts and support

● Support new employees on-boarding setup and orientation

● Support employees off-boarding process

● Identify, automate and solutions to common issues

● Work with on-prem and cloud systems

● Work closely with the IT & Security engineers on cross-company projects

● Maintain & support MDM, IdP, ITSM, Google Workspace, Office 365 and other SaaS applications

Requirements:

● At least 2 years of experience with end-user support in a macOS environment

● Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills

● Team player state of mind, caring about the impact of the infrastructure on its users
