- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

- Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are leveraging our platform effectively and maximizing its value.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to address customer feedback and improve our offerings.

- Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, answer inquiries, and promote our brand.

- Monitor customer success metrics and provide regular reports on performance, feedback, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing professional accounts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for fintech and a desire to help customers succeed.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
