Sales Development Representative

I'm looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join my growing team. In this role, you'll lead our go-to-market activities, set up meetings, build relationships with prospects, and represent Payouts.com at industry events around the world.

What You’ll Do:

- Serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects, determining the appropriate next steps for each prospect.

- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to generate new leads and sales meetings.

- Articulate the company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess their buying interest.

- Prospect for new clients and lead discovery calls to understand their needs.

- Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers through calls and emails, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.

 -Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align efforts and maximize results.

- Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

- Build and maintain a strong social presence and digital network—be creative, bold, and sharp.

- Represent Payouts.com at global industry conferences and events, networking with potential clients and partners. 

What I'm Looking For:

- Self-taught, self-disciplined, and highly motivated.

- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role within the competitive B2B industry.

- English speaker.

- Proficiency with SDR productivity tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.

- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Dynamic, high-energy individual with a “can-do” attitude.

- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

- Experience in the FinTech industry is a significant advantage.
