We are looking for a highly-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for 8 months (maternity leave replacement).

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll have ownership of leading the recruitment process for all positions at our IL site.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage a full recruiting cycle
• Partner with our hiring managers and act as their trusted advisor on talent issues
• Source top talents- utilize internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, and employee and candidate referrals to find the best candidates.
• Proactively identify and implement projects or programs to address bottlenecks and challenges within the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a startApp environment
• Experience in managing full recruiting cycle (including negotiation and offer letters)
• Experience in conducting in-depth HR interviews.
• Technical sourcing experience including advanced sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and attentive to details
• Fluent in English- a Must!
