Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join RealPlay and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across key business functions.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who knows how to understand complex business profiles, identify exceptional talent, and partner closely with hiring managers to build strong teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of functions, including Product, Monetization, Data & Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other business roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their business needs, define the right candidate profile, and build an effective recruitment strategy for each role.
• Proactively source and headhunt high-quality candidates, including passive talent, using LinkedIn and additional sourcing channels.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates across professional capabilities, business thinking, motivation, potential, and cultural fit.
• Take full ownership of the candidate journey, from initial outreach through interviews, offer management, and closing.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience.
• Build strong talent pipelines for key and recurring positions across the organization.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and challenge or refine candidate profiles when needed.
• Manage and collaborate with external recruitment partners when relevant.
• Track recruitment performance and continuously identify ways to improve sourcing, processes, and hiring effectiveness.
• Take part in employer branding and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives as RealPlay continues to grow.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience recruiting for business-oriented roles, such as Product, Monetization, Data/Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or Operations.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with a proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to understand different professional disciplines and evaluate senior profiles.
• Strong business understanding and curiosity — someone who wants to understand not only the role, but also the business behind it.
• Experience working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• High level of ownership, execution, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing, high-growth environment.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
