IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT operations, and technical expertise in both Mac and Windows environments. This role involves managing office IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and assisting with various IT-related tasks, including hardware and software setup, network administration, and user support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in both MacOS and Windows environments, including managing IT-related procedures for employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee and support various aspects of the office IT infrastructure, including design, implementation, and user engagement.
• Facilitate the setup of new computer systems and user accounts, and manage IT equipment procurement.
• Assist with network administration tasks, including DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems.
• Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Office 365 tenants, SharePoint, and Active Directory (including Azure AD and hybrid deployments).
• Provide support for video conferencing systems, including audio/visual configurations for corporate presentations and events.
• Handle software distribution and device management using tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Assist with firewall and VPN management (Fortigate/CheckPoint/F5) to ensure the security of IT systems.
  
  

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in Mac and Windows environments.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Office 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and experience with both Apple and PC hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills, service orientation, and the ability to learn independently.
• Availability for after-hours work, including nights and weekends, in case of emergencies.
• Strong commitment to customer service and continuous learning.
  
  

• Experience with Linux administration.
• Familiarity with backup and monitoring systems (Veeam,Dynatrace)
• Hands-on scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience in supporting network infrastructures, VPN systems, and audio/visual equipment.
