We’re on the hunt for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. If you're a marketing powerhouse with a knack for both B2C and B2B strategies and you love rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on, this job is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that cater to both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, across multiple channels (digital, social, email, content, etc.).
• Lead initiatives to strengthen our presence in the market and increase brand awareness.
• Craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with our target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive and consistent marketing efforts.
• Be hands-on in executing various marketing tasks, from creating content to optimizing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in both B2C and B2B environments.
• Strong hands-on skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Experience in developing and executing branding strategies.
• Ability to think strategically while also diving into the details to execute flawlessly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
