Junior Affiliate Manager

A leading tech company in Petah Tikva is looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager for an entry-level position in the field!

Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the company’s affiliate program.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates by providing support and resources to maximize their performance.

Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics to ensure program success.

Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate marketing technologies.

Professional Requirements:

High level of English proficiency – Mandatory.

Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service – Mandatory.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations, and implement them – Mandatory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field – Advantage.

Personal Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing concepts.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
