Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (working mostly from home) for a Customer Success Specialist at DOKKA. The Customer Success Representative is responsible for onboarding new clients, which includes among others system setup and configuration, training, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support for existing clients, and maintaining effective communication with clients on a daily basis.
