HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist - Maternity leave replacment - 1 year

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent while supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic HR support throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and HR administration tasks as needed.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.)
Previous experience as an HR with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, in a high-tech environment.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
Familiarity with practices in talent management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
