HR Manager (6 month replacement)

We're looking for an HR Manager for a 6 month replacement with the possibility for extension. The start date is October 2025. Our office is located in the Bursa business district, Ramat Gan.
What you'll do
Own the full employee lifecycle (end-to-end) – including contract finalization, onboarding, day-to-day employee experience, and offboarding.
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, while taking an active role in the interview and selection process.
Oversee operations and administrative functions for our Israel site, ensuring smooth day-to-day office management.
Develop and execute annual work plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design, implement, and oversee core HR processes such as performance reviews, eNPS, satisfaction surveys, roundtable discussions, and more.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees across all locations, providing guidance and solutions while collaborating with cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, IT, etc.).
Drive the HR strategy – creating clarity in complexity by implementing smart, scalable processes that support a global, fast-moving organization.
What we're looking for
You’ve owned the end-to-end HR function in at least one early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
You have experience in global companies of up to ~100 employees.
You’ve led HR across multiple countries and can navigate global employment law, compensation structures, and compliance requirements.
You’ve driven measurable impact — from accelerating hiring processes and boosting employee engagement to improving retention and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
You excel at turning strategy into action with clarity, urgency, and a strong human touch.
