Junior IT Support (Part-Time / Hourly)



Location and Employment Type: Jerusalem (on-site, 2-3 days per week). Flexible part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours weekly.

Compensation: Hourly rate: ₪60–₪70 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).

Position Overview

OurCrowd is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Junior IT Support person to support our IT team on a part-time basis. The candidate will provide hands-on technical support to end users, assist with configuring and deploying new systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. This role is well-suited to someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. We are looking for experienced candidates.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support, help desk, or similar technical support role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Mandatory: experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments and Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint/OneDrive.
Familiarity with ticketing/help desk systems.
Working knowledge in English.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
Relevant certifications or technical training.
Experience with identity management tools – e.g JumpCloud, Okta, Azure AD (Entra)
Demonstrated self-learning ability and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Configure and maintain new laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows and macOS environments.
Log, track, and update support requests using the organization's ticketing system.
Assist with user account setup, access requests, and basic system admin tasks.
