Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist at HAMMER GIS. The role involves daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Service proficiency
- Customer Experience enhancement abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Experience in GIS or geospatial technology.
- Experience in ESRI products.
- Experience in AGOL applications.
- planning and defining clients needs is a must quality.
- sales is an advantage.
