About the role

We seek a talented, passionate, and experienced Global Talent Acquisition (Temporary position) to join our one-of-a-kind HR team. As a Global Talent Acquisition at Surecomp, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent and contribute to the organization's growth and success.

Part-time (50% commitment) with the option to grow.

Reporting to VP HR.

What your role will look like:

• Take full ownership end-to-end on recruitment process.
• Collaborating closely with senior management and hiring managers, both in our Israeli site and other Surecomp sites globally.
• Execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates from diverse channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to make the recruitment process faster and smoother.
• Promote employer branding strategy and enhance social media presence.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech company.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies.
• Experience with recruiter corporate on LinkedIn - Must.
• Experience working with Comeet - Plus.
