HR Business Partner

Zero Networks, a cutting-edge network security solutions company, is at an exciting time in its history and is growing fast! We are looking for experienced, passionate and proactive HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team!

As HR Business Partner you will use a growth mindset, nurture company culture, engagement, and organizational strategies. The HRBP will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by aligning with strategic and business goals, fostering a positive and engaging work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our people.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to employees and people managers, focusing on building morale, increasing productivity, and enabling development and retention.
• Actively engage with people leaders to understand teams’ pulse and ensure organizational effectiveness and optimal structure.
• Accompany managers, consulting and giving guidance on team management issues such as employee development, feedback processes, and strategic hiring.
• Proactively assess team and organizational needs, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Design and deliver targeted solutions with a focus on scale and growth, including org design, performance management, talent management, engagement, recognition, change management, and team building.
• Lead and supervise the implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead the implementation of the sensing plan, including Round Tables and Engagement Surveys, and develop action plans based on results.
• Mentor and guide two HR specialists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the HR team.
  
  

• 5+ years of working experience as HR Business Partner role in a global company in the hi-tech industry, including 2 years in a startup environment.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree is an advantage.
• Availability to work 4 days a week from our office in Tel Aviv, IL – must.
• People person, problem solver, and change driver, with the ability to make a conversation into motivation, reflection and introspection.
• Excellent relationship-building, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders.
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments and ability to thrive in such environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience managing the full employee life-cycle and HR processes, such as employee development plans, talent, and performance management.
• Experience in a startup environment, providing HR support to local and global leaders and teams, while collaborating with other HR functions.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to coach and mentor HR Specialists.
• Ability to proactively identify organizational needs and offer end-to-end HR solutions.
• Strong business insight, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Results orientation and a proactive approach.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
