financial sectors. We streamline global business operations by offering banking
solutions, corporate structures, and facilitating the acquisition of gaming and
financial licenses. We work with major gaming groups and B2B entities, covering the
entire gaming sector.
Our services include company formation, banking and payment solutions, and
obtaining gaming and forex licenses, helping clients navigate international regulatory
frameworks.
What we are looking?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development
Representative to join Sales team.
The SDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth of our sales pipeline by
identifying and generating qualified leads, introducing them to the Business Manager
offering and setting up meetings.
About the job
The SDR shall be in charge of expanding the Company’s lead generation activities to
support our fast-growing business. The Sales Specialist shall generate, follow-up,
qualify, and identify opportunities from marketing-generated campaigns, and inbound
and outbound efforts targeting prospective clients to feed the sales.
Functions of the Position:
1. Research accounts within our defined target market and identify key players
to generate interest through outbound campaigns.
2. Daily direct communication generating prospective clients via:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Online research (preparing a list of potential companies and positions)
- Generating leads and meetings for participating in conferences.
3. Perform regular analysis of prospective customers’ activity.
4. Participate in conferences around the world.
5. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all SDR
activities in the CRM systems.
6. Schedule and conduct appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Responsibilities
1. Increase the number of leads for the company by proactively identifying and
targeting potential clients.
2. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with and engage potential clients,
building strong professional relationships.
3. Develop and execute strategies to nurture leads through various stages of the
sales funnel.
4. Increase the number of followers to our company LinkedIn page
Required Qualifications:
1. Education: Higher Education (preferably in business administration,
marketing)
2. Work Experience:
- 1. At least 2 years of working experience in customer success/sales/retention team using LinkedIn.
- 2. B2B sales experience.
- 3. Expert on LinkedIn Sales Navigator – this is a must!
3. Languages: English, excellent both written and verbal
Pluses
1. Familiar with sales enablement tools, e.g. automation systems.
2. Familiar with the gaming industry or the payments and banking industry
3. A flexible work arrangement with 50% time spent in the office and 50% or more.
Other Required Competencies and Skills:
- Willingness to fly abroad for meetings and conferences.
- Fast learner who can handle pressure and demonstrate motivation to go the extra mile.
- An interest in the gaming and online casino industry.
- Attention to detail, organized approach, and strong problem-
- solving/facilitation abilities
- Strong time management, work organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
