Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Welfare & Employee Experience Manager at WelFairy located in Hod HaSharon, with flexibility for remote work. The manager will be responsible for working with suppliers, collecting needs from welfare and employee experience managers, adding options to the platform, create events to increase engagement, communication, training & development, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Employee Engagement, Communication, and Employer Branding skills
• Familiarity with relevant suppliers
• Experience in Training & Development - advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of employee experience practices and regulations
• Experience with organizational development strategies
• Bachelor's degree - advantage
