Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Manager located in Bnei Ayish. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize performance. You will also be responsible for effective communication with both customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contact Center Management, including managing call center operations and optimizing performance
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data for decision making
• Proven ability in Team Management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Customer Satisfaction mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
