Surense Technologies is an Insuretech-enabler company that has developed and is already selling its proprietary leading CRM platforn for insurance brokers, designed to enhance the productivity of insurance brokers. The company is located in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at Surense. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients on a daily basis.

• Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer success or a related field
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
