We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition will manage the entire recruitment process ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet our hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full life cycle of recruiting process, including defining and achieving recruiting KPIs and best practices
• Utilize various sourcing techniques (including online channels, social media, networking events, and referrals) to identify and attract top talent
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews with candidates
• Work with data to analyze sourcing metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience managing the entire recruitment process
• Proven experience in sourcing for R&D/Product/ Analytics roles
• Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies, practices, and trends
• Experience with recruiting databases and social media recruiting platforms
• Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
• Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Science or equivalent
