Talent Acquisition Manager

A leading tech start up is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent from around the world to meet our clients' diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in different regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with different sourcess.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirmants:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in global talent acquisition role specifcaly with the US market.
• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
• High level spoken and written Hebrew & English- a must, ability to work collaboratively in a global work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
